All residence halls are air conditioned.
Cable television access is provided in each room. Students must provide their own television in their rooms.
Your residence hall room is not carpeted. If you choose to carpet your room, please refer to the room dimensions by clicking on the residence hall links below.
Our residence halls are equipped for wireless computer access. Please make sure your computer is set up prior to your arrival on campus to ensure your account is activated. For specific questions about your computer set-up, please go to IT FAQ
Each residence hall is equipped with University Loft furniture. Marian University has provided each room with at least one bed, a twin extra long mattress, desk, desk chair, closet, and dresser for each resident. All furniture MUST remain in rooms!
You will receive notification of your roommate selection in late July for the fall semester and early January for the spring semester. Decisions regarding applications received after the mailing will be made on a rolling basis. The packet you receive will contain your room number and roommate contact information. Contact your roommate prior to arrival to make plans and get acquainted.
Residence Hall Policies
All students should review our residence hall policies and Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities. Students are responsible for knowing them and agree to abide by said policies when signing a housing contract via the Simple Campus Housing website.
Marian University is unable to provide storage for student belongings outside of their individual room during the academic year or during break periods. We recognize that this can be a burden on students and their families, especially those that are not from the local area. For this reason, our office has compiled a list of off campus storage units.
