Students who attend Marian University and compete on the speech team are eligible for a scholarship, typically worth $5,000 and renewable each year. The scholarship criteria include: Maintaining at least a 3.00 cumulative GPA in all coursework. Dedicated participation in the activity.

The scholarship is called a “faith and forensics” scholarship because at Marian University competition is never just about wining trophies, though our students collect many of those. We hope that competing on the team provides you with an opportunity to explore your faith or core values by stretching your intellectual gifts and speaking skills.
