Office of Conferences and Events
The Office of Conferences and Events is responsible for the scheduling and booking of all events and activities in facilities owned or managed by Marian University. When not being used for academic classes, these facilities are available for Marian University students, faculty, staff, and administration, as well as the greater community. All requests for space in any Marian University facility must be processed through the Office of Conferences and Events.
Priority for the allocation of spaces will be given to all Marian University sponsored events. University facilities are available for rent by external groups and the greater community. Please contact the Office of Conference and Events for rental fees and insurance requirements. Consideration for use of facilities by these external groups will be made by the Office of Conference and events in conjunction with the appropriate administrator. Approval for these events will be determined based on the availability of space and the relation of the event to the mission and values of Marian University.
