John Finke

Biography

John Finke serves as the vice president of the Office of Institutional Advancement. He joined the Marian University community in 2002, after having spent five years in athletics with the University of Evansville. John received his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Connecticut and earned his master’s degree in business/sports administration from Saint Thomas University in Miami, Florida. Although not a Marian University alumnus, John married into the Marian University family through his wife Laura Tebbe Finke ‘04. The Finkes are parents of four daughters—Sawyer, Berkley, Harpar, and Owen—and one son, Toby. John has served on several boards in the community including the Catholic Youth Organization (CYO) for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis, Hope Academy, and St. Monica Catholic School. The Finkes are parishioners at Saint Monica Parish.
