Byrum School of Business - Majors

Multiple Options

Students in the Clark H. Byrum School of Business can choose to major in accounting, finance, management, or marketing. In addition, students can choose to add a concentration or minor to their chosen field of study by using their electives to take courses in another discipline or focus area. Since students in all of our majors take a set of common core classes during the first two years of study, it is very easy to change majors within the business school during this time.

Singular Approach

Regardless of major or whether a concentration/minor is pursued, all students will experience a hands-on approach to learning about business that connects values, leadership and action. First and foremost, we are focused on preparing students to be innovative, ethical leaders who can make a difference in whatever industry or area of business they choose to enter.

The major is a field of study requiring at least 30 credit hours.  Below are the majors offered in the School of Business.  Click on each major area of study for the exact credit hours and courses required.
