Nursing Prerequisites Online
Marian University’s online nursing prerequisites are perfect for students looking to finish the necessary classes to enroll in nursing school. Marian’s Adult Program provides science prerequisites, including anatomy, physiology, chemistry, microbiology, abnormal psychology, human growth and development, and other courses, such as statistics and art appreciation. All of our classes are offered online in an accelerated five- and eight-week format and, when needed, include interactive exercises to aid the learning process and strengthen critical thinking skills. Before Enrolling
Please speak with your advisor prior to registering for online prerequisite classes. If you intend to continue your nursing education at another institution, we suggest also speaking with your college’s registrar about their transfer credit policies and reviewing the sample syllabi.
We recommend not taking more than two classes at a time due to the accelerated delivery. With new classes starting 12 times a year, it’s easy to find the right class at the right time and start your nursing career sooner.
