Group Ride-$200
Group Ride classes simulate group rides on a selection of courses. All riders will ride the same course at their own pace and Computrainers will be set to allow drafting. This is a great class for riders who want to hold on to their fall fitness or begin putting some base miles in coming off of a fall rest period.
Each session is eight total rides —two rides per week for four weeks.

Power Booster-$325
Power Booster classes are structured workouts based on each cyclist’s power zones, which focus on building aerobic and muscular endurance, pedaling technique, and increasing power at each rider’s lactate threshold. Imagine how it would feel to come out of the winter months and into the spring road season with a 10 percent increase in power!
Each session is 16 total classes —two classes per week for eight weeks.

Race Ready-$200
Race Ready classes help riders make a smoother transition to racing in the spring. This is a great class for riders coming out of Power Booster classes or cyclists who need higher intensity, simulated race efforts to get ready for spring racing.
Each session is eight total rides —two rides per week for four weeks.

Time Trial Series-$60 per team, per time trial
In time trial mode the Computrainer simulates a team time trial, including drafting. Four person teams will compete on flat, 10 mile time trial course. The top three teams over the course of the entire series will receive $100 for first place, $75 for second place, and $60 third place. Times will be taken off the third rider.
Teams must secure a start time with Coach Dean Peterson at least two days before. No refunds for teams that do not show up for their scheduled start time.
Time trials will be held January 3, 17, and 31, 2009, 8 a.m.-noon.
