After a new era was ushered in last March with the hiring of head coach Sean Bray, the Marian College men's soccer team had a pair of its players honored by the Mid-Central College Conference for their play in 2007.
Senior Drew Dallas (Greenwood, Indiana/Center Grove) closed out his Marian College career with an outstanding season. Dallas led the Knights in points with 19 and tied for the team lead in goals with seven. He also added five assists and had three game-winning goals. Dallas closes his career with 67 points on 27 goals and 13 assists. He ranks seventh in career points, seventh in career goals and is tied for sixth in career assists.
Sophomore Gabriel Peters (Marion, Indiana/Marion) was named to the All-Conference second team after a stellar rookie campaign. The transfer from Greenville College was second on the team in points with 18 and tied for the team lead in goals with seven. He also had four assists and one game-winning marker.
The Knights finished 2007 with a 9-7-3 record and a 3-4-1 mark in MCC play.
