Review the campus housing policy to see if you meet the requirements to live on or off campus. If you qualify for living off campus, follow these instructions to complete and submit the off-campus housing application.

Step One: Create or Login to your eRezLife Account 

  1. Visit https://marian.erezlife.com to activate your eRezLife account and access our on- and off-campus housing applications. The eRezLife app is what we use to manage student housing applications and assignments.
  2. Click the green button labeled "Activate Account."
  3. Follow the directions to activate your account. If you do not know your student ID number, leave that field blank. 
  4. Click "Activate Account."
  5. After activating your account, an email will be sent to the address used to create your account. This message will include a link to set your password. 

Step Two: Complete Your Application

  1. Click this link for the Housing Application. You will be directed to eRezLife, which best operates in Firefox, Google Chrome, or Safari web browsers.
  2. Create an account using the information above. You may use any email address, including your Marian University email account, to create the account. You do not need to know your student ID number to create your account.
  3. Complete and submit your off-campus housing application.
  4. If you are under 21, download and complete the Parent Verification Form. This form must be notarized by a certified Indiana notary public OR you and your parent/guardian can deliver the form in person to the Office of Housing and Residence Life.
  5. Off-campus housing requests are reviewed on a rolling basis. We will contact you by email about the status of your request.

Fall 2017

  • Students who currently live on campus and want to live off-campus for the Fall 2017 semester MUST complete the off-campus housing request form by May 1.
  • Students who register to live on campus, are approved for on-campus housing, and then decide to live off campus after May 15 are be subject to cancellation fees.
  • The cancellation fee structure is:
  1. Cancellations after May 15, 2017: $500
  2. Cancellations after August 1, 2017: $750
  3. Cancellations after September 2, 2017: $1,000
