Knights earn back-to-back league titles

The Marian University men's track and field squad made it back-to-back championships after the Knights climbed from third after day one to earn the 2015 Crossroads League Men's Outdoor Track and Field championship at Goshen College on Saturday.

After the first day of events concluded, which saw the Knights bring home their second straight 4x800-meter relay title, MU sat in third behind leader Bethel (Ind.) and second-place Indiana Wesleyan.

Head coach Mike Holman, the 2015 Crossroads League Coach of the Year, stated that MU may have trouble repeating as champions due to what seemed to be a lack of depth in certain strategic positions. However, scoring the maximum of three athletes in five events and two in four to go with a sweep of all three relays seems to have proven that hypothesis incorrect. read more

Nursing Information Session

This session is designed for students interested in pursuing nursing as a career. A School of Nursing advisor, a representative from the online nursing program, and a counselor from the Office of Admission will share information on the following programs:

  • Traditional BSN Program
  • Accelerated Campus Based BSN Program
  • Accelerated Online BSN Program

The sessions begin at 6 p.m. and are held on the Marian University campus at the Office of Admission (Stokely Mansion).  All sessions last about one hour and there is no reservation necessary.
