Andrew Smith will present a paper on Statistical Process Control at the Academy of Business Research conference in Las Vegas, November 14-16, 2011. The paper discusses the theory behind SPC and illustrates a technique for analyzing data and drawing control charts in Microsoft Excel. The technique is one that Professor Smith uses in his BUS 350 Operations Management class.
