The Marian University Writing Center has released its 2015-16 annual report detailing the Center's impact upon student and campus learning opportunities, peer tutor scholarship, and community engagement.
As part of Writing Futures at Marian University, the annual report makes clear the Writing Center's active and visible role in supporting writers and written literacies at Marian University and across Central Indiana. Some highlights from the 2015-16 annual report:
- The Writing Center conducted 2,600 tutorials throughout the academic year.
- Writing Center peer tutors and faculty worked directly with 229 residents of Indianapolis, significantly contributing to Marian University’s recent designation as a Carnegie Community Engagement Classification.
