Tuition and Fees Deadlines and Payment Policy

Tuition Due Dates

Tuition, fees, and room and board payments for all programs except for MAP are due on the following dates:

  • July 15 for fall semester
  • December 15 for spring semester
  • The first day of summer session for that session only

Marian University sends a paper copy of each student’s bill one month prior to the due date as a courtesy, but failure to receive a bill does not waive due dates. Students have access to their student ledger through the CAMS online student portal at all times.

Late Fees

Students who do not make payments by the due dates above, or who are not enrolled in a monthly payment plan with Tuition Management Systems, Inc. (TMS) are charged a late fee and will be automatically enrolled in TMS, with the TMS fee automatically charged to the student’s account. Please note that if monthly TMS payments are not made by scheduled dates, TMS also assesses a late payment fee.

Online Access to Student Accounts

New students receive access information for the CAMS student portal during orientation, or, if they do not attend orientation, the university sends access information to the student’s home address.

Students may use CAMS to check accounts and make payments online. Within the portal, students should choose the correct academic term, log in, and choose “My Ledger” to view account information.

If a student loses his or her account information, he or she may request help with an online ticket,, or 317.955.6444.
