Briannah recently graduated from Marian in May 2017, and completed her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and Psychology.  While she calls Plainfield home, she attended Cascade High School.  As Cascade is a small town school, Briannah knew her college search would consist of personable schools with small class sizes. It was this criteria that lead her to Marian University, and the feeling of home when she arrived on campus that made her stay.

While at Marian, Briannah was a Resident Assistant for 3 years with the Housing and Residence Life. In this position she was able to be an asset to students like herself in both freshman and upperclassmen residence halls (as well as in the Living and Learning community for Honors students). Briannah was also a Student Assistant and Student Ambassador in the Office of Admission for the duration of her time at Marian, which allowed her love for admissions to grow, and what ultimately led her to pursue this as a career.

Briannah's favorite part about Marian is how you get the best of both worlds. Having small class sizes and close relationships with your advisors and professors helps tremendously with your classroom education. Plus, being so close to downtown Indy, you open your door to so many experiences with internships, networking, and fun activities that a big city brings. The best advice I can give to incoming students would be don't limit yourself! Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone, limiting your opportunities to grow.

In her spare time, Briannah enjoys going to sprint car races and hockey games, as well as spending time with her family's two dogs and shopping with her younger sister.
