Graduate and Undergraduate Prospective Students

-Visit our deposit form to submit a $125.00 housing deposit ($25.00 for 21st Century Scholars). 

  • Fall tuition is due July 15th.
  • Spring tuition is due December 15th.
  • Summer tuition is due on the first day of class for that particular year.

Payment plans can be set up online through MUHUB under the 'Student Finance' tab and payments are due on the 20th of each month. For detailed instructions, you may reference our Payment Plan Instructions. For more information about payment plans, contact the Business Office at 317-955-6020 or busoff@marian.edu. 

Knight Quest is an event required for all students prior to the beginning of the fall and spring semesters. You will receive communication prior to your Knight Quest date to update you with outstanding items that need completed. The event gives you an opportunity to finalize last-minute details, including:

  • Student account balance payment. 
  • Financial aid and student loan documents when applicable.
  • Completion of off-campus housing request.
  • Completion of on-campus housing application. 

Student Orientation, Advising, and Registration

  • At New Student Orientation, you will learn important information needed to thrive at Marian University, register for your first semester of classes, get to know other Marian students, and meet faculty and staff members. For more information about New Student Orientation, please visit our New Student Orientation information page.

Student bills are available in your MUHUB Student Portal under the student finance tab.  Bills are only available online and can be printed through the portal at any time. 

If you are a new student to Marian University, you will not complete registration until attending New Student Orientation. Once your registration is processed, you will see tuition charges on your MUHUB student finance page. 

Please visit FAFSA to apply for financial aid.  Any specific financial aid questions can be directed to the Financial Aid Office at 317-955-6040 or finaid@marian.edu.

If you receive private scholarships from an outside organization, please make note of this under your financial aid page on MUHUB.  You may also send documentation to the Business Office, so we can make a note on your account to expect payment at a later date. 

Tuition insurance is available for current students through Grad Guard. Students are given the opportunity to enroll each semester prior to the start date of classes.
