International Student Orientation

New student orientation activities are planned to help you learn about Marian University and meet new friends. Orientation is especially important for international students because it provides you with an opportunity to better understand immigration requirements and life in the United States.

Attending a new student orientation session is mandatory for all new F-1 and J-1 international students.

  • If you are an undergraduate international student beginning classes in fall 2022, your International Student Orientation will be August 17, 2022 and New Student Orientation will be August 18, 2022. Both are mandatory.
  • If you are a graduate international student, your graduate advisor will contact you with your department orientation dates. International students entering masters programs will attend the International Student Orientation on August 17, 2022. Incoming international students studying in the medical school will have International Student Orientation on July 29, 2022 at 1:30 pm in the Evans Center, Room 111.

We look forward to meeting you, introducing you to current students and faculty, and welcoming you to our campus community.
