Review the campus housing policy to see if you meet the requirements to live on or off campus. If you qualify for living off campus, follow the instructions below to complete and submit the off-campus housing application. Be sure to keep an eye on your Marian email, as you will receive your acceptance or denial notification via email.
We require either an approved on-campus or an approved off-campus housing application for all full-time, undergraduate students every academic year until you turn 21 years old. Once you have turned 21 years old, you are no longer required to submit an off-campus housing application if you wish to live off campus the next academic year.
If you currently live on campus and wish to move off campus during an academic year, you must tell us in writing: housing@marian.edu. There is a $1,000 housing contract cancellation fee that will be charged to your student account if you move off campus after week one of fall semester.
