The clinical psychology concentration will prepare students for graduate school in clinical and counseling programs, or to use psychology-related skills in their primary field. The need for additional licensed mental health professionals will be dramatically increasing with implementation of the National Affordable Care Act mental health benefits, particularly as technology offers opportunities to reach many more individuals who are interested or in need of therapy. Students are taught by faculty who span a wide range of specializations, and who will help students make connections between their career paths and psychology.
