A Danville, Indiana native, Hillary graduated from Danville Community High School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Marian University, majoring in English and minoring in Psychology. During her undergraduate years, she was a member of the Women’s’ Tennis team (Go Knights!) and worked on campus in the Writing Center. Hillary also attended Marian University for her Master of Arts degree in Teaching and obtained her teaching license in May 2014.
After nearly a decade teaching middle school English/Language Arts, Hillary transitioned to higher education and joined Marian University’s Office of Undergraduate Admission team in July of 2023 as a Freshman Admission Counselor.
To Hillary, being back on Marian’s campus feels like home. She is thrilled to get the chance to share what she loves about Marian with her prospective students and their families and to continue to help make a difference in the lives of others.
Hillary lives in Brownsburg, Indiana, with her husband Brett, and their two pets, Frankie and Nash. She loves spending time with her family, trying new coffee shops and restaurants, exploring Indy, reading, and traveling.
