Bio

Shaden Galyen is from Brookville, Indiana where she lives with her parents and three younger brothers. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Marian University in hopes of working in an Intensive Care Unit as a new grad to then complete Marian’s Nurse Anesthesia Program. Shaden is involved on campus as a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success and represents her class as a Junior Class Representative for the Student Nurses Association. She has worked in a pharmacy for three years as a Pharmacy Technician and when she’s not working her hobbies include kayaking down the Whitewater River, watching a comedy movie with friends, or exploring new restaurants in the Indianapolis area.  Her favorite place on campus is the Amphitheater, where she enjoys sitting at the picnic tables with friends whether it’s to do homework, eat dinner, or take a break from studying.
