Welcome to the Academy for Teaching and Learning Leadership, Marian University's graduate education department. Our unique and innovative programs provide the tools necessary to develop and prepare aspiring teachers and school leaders that will fiercely effect positive change in student achievement. Our programs place great emphasis on mentoring and support for students in our programs, as well as engagement with the greater community, resulting in a more encompassing approach to improving education.
