Mission

The Marian University Ethics Center advances a more ethical world by engaging in relevant primary research, interdisciplinary teaching and training, and by stimulating informed dialogue on important issues to empower current and future leaders to be and act ethically.

To achieve its mission, the Center will rely on partnerships, collaborations, research, coursework and programming designed to advance ethical practices in individuals and organizations of all types, with an emphasis on application, practical understanding and impact. In support of the Center’s mission, it is intended that primary research in the area of business ethics will be a meaningful component of the work of the Center.
