Construction Project Management

• Develop project scope and coordination
• Schedule/manage large and small-scale on-campus construction

Maintenance and Repair

The division of Facilities Maintenance provides maintenance and repair services for the following areas:

• Carpentry and general repairs
• Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC (heating, ventilation & air conditioning)
• Elevators
• Fire alarm systems
• Indoor and outdoor lighting
• Keys and lock repair
• Painting and plaster and drywall repair
• Sidewalks, benches, fountains, bike racks and outdoor trash cans

Groundskeeping

Our goal is to provide a safe and appealing environment conducive to the needs of a higher education campus community.

• Mowing, irrigation, herbicide, and pesticide application
• Athletic Field Maintenance
• Campus-wide Irrigation System Operation and Maintenance
• Landscaping, pruning, and trimming
• Outdoor litter control and trash collection
• Pothole repair
• Snow and Ice removal

Custodial Services

Our goal each day is to provide clean, healthy, and safe facilities for the Marian Community while keeping in mind our impact on the environment.

• Emergency clean-up response
• Trash and recycling removal 
• Scheduling custodial coverage for University events
• Dusting/Disinfection
• Restroom cleaning
• Floorcare

Event Support

• Temporary Flooring
• Room and outdoor space setup and breakdown of furniture and equipment
