Q&A with Jennifer Schwartz
Q: Outside of work, what do you like to do?
A: Most of my time outside of work revolves around my kids. They are young, so they aren’t involved in a lot of things, but I do Girl Scouts with my five year old. I am also very much a neurotic cleaner. On the weekends I am cleaning my house obsessively. That’s not really a positive thing, but it is what it is.
Q: If you could switch places with one other faculty or staff member, who would it be and why?
A: I would switch places with Luann Brames, director of freshmen admission, because I would love to live a day in the life in admissions to really understand the pressures that they get from the enrollment management side. I don’t deal with that. I’d love to get a glimpse. And to work in her organized, clean office.
Q: What has been your favorite part of working at Marian so far?
A: The community that we work within and the support we have amongst each other. It is very much a family. And even though we are growing, it still feels like a family.
