Marian University's University Ministry leaders call Mikayla Jette '25 a natural leader who is truly giving of self and a shining star.
As a member of the University Ministry Council, Jette helped organize the process for the Synod on Synodality by leading small group discussions, providing input opportunities, and being a part of the team that created the synopsis letter for the diocese. The pastoral leadership major is a cantor for Marian's Sacred Choir and helps other members rehearse for Mass and other special events.
Additionally, Jette '25 shares her acting and singing gifts as a part of Marian's campus theatre productions as she also serves as a communications intern within the Office of Marketing and Communications. One way Jette gives back to the greater community University Ministry leaders say is with her commitment Bishop Chatard High School's retreat teams.
