Congratulations to Paul Bible, Ph.D. assistant professor of computer science and IT on his recent publication “Early detection of SARS-CoV-2 variants through dynamic co-mutation network surveillance”.
In Dr. Bible's research, he tackles the challenges of tracking the many variants created by the COVID-19 pandemic and creating a new co-mutation framework to overcome this challenge.
The work appears in the journal Frontiers in Public Health and was completed in collaboration with investigators at several institutions in China, including the internationally renowned Sun Yat Sen University and Peking University. Congratulations Dr. Bible!
