organization named Marian University Director of Workforce Development with The Exchange’s Brandy Bast as their Career Development Professional of the Year! The organization helps Indiana employers and community partners develop and retain Hoosier talent through relevant work-and-learn experiences.
Bast was recognized in front of a packed house at the Ritz Charles event center in Carmel, Indiana recently. She had an opportunity to share a bit of her work with justice-involved individuals at both the Indiana Women’s Prison and through her work with the Marion County Re-entry Coalition.
