Marian University Professor Robert Denton Ph.D., Shines Bright in Recent Publication

Congratulations to Robert Denton, Ph.D., Marian University professor of Robert Denton Ph.D.biology. Dr. Denton is the author of the recently published writing of “Linking genetic structure, landscape genetics, and species distribution modeling for regional conversation of a threatened freshwater turtle.” 

Upon learning that the freshwater turtle is threatened, Dr. Denton helped conduct a study to learn the relation of landscape, genetics, and habitat suitability between the two. This work was published in the journal Landscape Ecology in collaboration with investigators at The Ohio State University, Arcadia University (Canada), and Indiana State University.
