Congratulations to Colleen Doci, Ph.D., associate professor of Exercise and
Sports Science for her published work in collaboration with Marian University College of Osteopathic Medicine student doctors and program alumnus John Zemkewicz and colleagues at Texas University.
Her work entitled “Investigating Epidermal Interactions Through an In Vivo Cutaneous Wound-Healing Assay” explains the phases of wounded healing and how systems in the body respond to this process. The article appears in the journal Methods in Molecular Biology.
