Congratulations to Rachael Meckley, MS, on her recent recognition as a 
Certified Professional Biosafety Compliance Administrator (CPBCA) by the Biosafety Administrators Association. Rachael serves Marian University as the inaugural Director of Research Safety & Risk Management in the Office of Research Operations, Integrity & Compliance. She plays an integral role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and productive infrastructure for research university-wide.
"Rachael has played an essential role in advancing the systems and processes that allow Marian University faculty, staff, and students to engage in research,” says Assistant Provost for Research & Scholarship Jonathan Lowery, Ph.D. “Her work, which is often behind the scenes, has a daily impact on the effectiveness of research as a high-impact educational practice. This national recognition by the Biosafety Administrators Association places her on equal footing with research administration professionals across the nation.”
