Marian University Preparatory School (MU Prep) made its closeup on WXIN-TV FOX 59 Indy Now show recently. Newscasters Ryan and Jillian interviewed Dr. Elisha Schlabach, MU Prep's Head of Schoolk about MU Prep and its impact on the greater community. Dr. Schlabach even shared a student’s story of how MU Prep impacted the student’s life.
MU Prep is a K-10 online school for students. In addition to being one of the few faith-based online schools that teach a Catholic curriculum, MU Prep provides students with curriculum and classes focused specifically on higher education and career readiness as early as the sixth grade. Dr. Schlabach said MU Prep offers a unique learning style that meets the needs of students and their families as Marian University is dedicated to educating the community, and providing the resources to help the best students learn.
Dr. Schlabach also shared the story of another student who found a home at MU Prep. She explained the student mentioned he had never experienced a school like MU Prep before, and had never done well in any other academic program. Those are the kind of accolades Dr. Schlabach said she enjoys hearing.
