Congratulations to Nicholas Myers OMS-III '25 for his recent first-author publication, "Papillary glioneuronal tumor presenting with low-pressure hydrocephalus from the intraventricular spread," in the Radiology Case Reports journal.
The literature describes the clinical understanding, diagnostic, therapeutic, and prognostic characteristics in a limited number of patients.
"This case report helps to highlight an unusual presentation of a tumor and will help future clinicians recognize tumors like this one, as well as serve as a tool to help treatment," said Myers, who is vice president of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons-Medical Student Section (ACOS-MSS) 2022-23, and secretary of the Student American Osteopathic Academy of Orthopedics (SAOAO) for 2022-23.
Keep up the awesome work, Nicholas!
