Indianapolis, IN - July 18, 2024 – Marian University is excited to announce the promotion of Jessica Morales Maust, MBA, to vice president for enrollment management. She has been a vital part of the Marian community since June 2021, bringing more than 15 years of enrollment management experience and a proven record of accomplishment of success in driving the university's enrollment initiatives.
During her time at Marian University, she has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision, significantly contributing to the growth and success of Marian University's undergraduate enrollment. While Midwest universities have declined in enrollment by double digit percentages in recent years, under Morales Maust’s direction, the university has experienced a staggering 30 percent increase in new student enrollment. Additionally, Morales Maust hired an exceptional admissions team and successfully implemented innovative recruitment strategies across Indiana, the Midwest, and the nation to drive enrollment increases.

As vice president for enrollment management, Morales Maust will lead the university's efforts to drive long-term enrollment goals across all enrollment divisions, focusing on recruitment, enrollment operations, and financial aid strategies. Her innovative approach and commitment to student success will be instrumental in shaping enrollment at Marian University.
Morales Maust joined Marian University in June 2021. She earned her bachelor's in communications and a master's degree in business administration from Iona University and is pursuing her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Marian University.
