Marian University's School of Business has again been recognized among the nation’s top undergraduate business programs. In Poets&Quants 2025 ranking of the Best Undergraduate Business Programs in the U.S., Marian University secured the No. 76 spot nationally. Additionally, it was ranked among the Top 20 Catholic Business Schools and placed sixth for career outcomes among its Catholic peers.

"This distinction reflects our unwavering commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and outstanding career outcomes."
The school’s graduates continue to achieve exceptional success in the job market. Among the Class of 2024, 98.2% secured employment within three months of graduation. Additionally, 100% of graduates completed at least one business-specific internship. The most recent graduates reported an average starting salary of $61,968.
Additionally, students benefit from Marian University’s career development office, The Exchange, which was recognized as a Career Development College of Distinction in 2024 for its excellence in career coaching, employer relations, and internship placements.
Poets&Quants highlighted Marian University’s strong emphasis on experiential learning and innovation. The school is back-to-back National Team Selling Champions
(2024), placed 2nd in the American Marketing Association’s (AMA) International Case competition (2024), 3rd in the AMA Wall Street Journal competition (2023), and won the
Chartered Financial Analyst State Championship (2022). The school has recently launched a new Logistics & Supply Chain Management program and created a course in Moral Capitalism.
