With its strong academic foundation and hands-on learning, this is one of the most popular choices in our program.
You'll study human anatomy, physiology, movement science, and sport physiology while gaining extensive hands-on experience. This real-world application ensures you're prepared for a successful career in the field.
The Sport Performance major closely aligns with the Nutrition Fitness Wellness program, so you may want to explore both before making your decision. There is also some career overlap with the Exercise Science major.
