Enrollment and Degree Verifications

National Student Clearinghouse reporting

Marian University has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications. Employers and background screening firms requesting this information should contact the National Student Clearinghouse at:

Requests for enrollment and or degree verifications/letters for third parties that do not have access to the National Student Clearinghouse can be made, at the request of the student, from their Marian issued email address to regis@marian.edu. Please allow three to five days business days for processing. 

Request forms students in the College of Osteopathic Medicine

Requests for enrollment verifications, letters of good standing, or graduation verifications must come in writing from the student/graduate, or from a third party if a signed release from the student is included with the request. Requests cannot be taken over the phone.

Please email verification request forms to regis@marian.edu.

Please allow three to five days business days for processing. If it is indicated that an official transcript must also be sent along with the form, please follow the steps outlined on our transcript request page to order your transcript.
