A professional clothing closet on campus available at no cost to students and alumni!

Walk-ins are welcome to browse our inventory on business days between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. We are also able to send referrals to Dress For Success Indianapolis as needed.  

Business Professional vs. Business Casual 

Below are visuals to provide examples and guidelines on the differences between business casual (or smart casual) and business professional. In short, business professional is more formal and is the recommended option for interviews and other more formal events, unless told otherwise by your interviewer or employer.

Have professional attire to donate?

We accept new and gently used, professional attire, which can be dropped off to The Exchange during our business hours. With your support, we can continue to provide a resource for students and alumni on campus.

Donations may include:

  • Dresses
  • Shirts/blouses
  • Suits (slim fit options)
  • Feminine Pants (sizes:14 and up)
  • Masculine Pants (in greatest need of slim fit options / sizes 25-29)
  • Blazers
  • Shoes (Masculine all | Feminine sizes: 5-9)
  • Accessories including: Bags, padfolios, belts, ties, and scarves
  • Unused hygienic products

We do not accept:

  • Used undergarments
  • Sports and Athleisure wear
