On-Campus Employment

All on-campus jobs will be posted on CORE, our student Job Board

 

Current students are able to log-in to CORE with your Marian credentials. Follow the instructions below to get started!

On-Campus Employment Check-List

1. Access Your CORE Account

Go to https://marian.edu/core  
  • Select Continue with Microsoft, and continue logging in w/ your Marian credentials
  • Explore the modules in the left-navigation including:Profile
  • Application Materials
  • Appointments
  • On-Campus Employment
  • Events
  • and more!

 

2. Upload your Resume

  • Access CORE Resource Library in the left-navigation to find a starter resume
    • OR schedule an individual resume review appointment (from Appointments module)
  • Upload resume to Application Materials for review (usually within 24 hours of uploading)

please note, resumes must be submitted as PDF to be approved in the system. All job postings will need an Approved resume to officially submit your application.

 

3. Search for On-Campus Jobs

  • Access On-Campus Employment module
  • Favorite/Heart jobs of interest to save until ready to apply w/ approved resume
  • Use approved resume (and other specified documents) to complete your application

 

4. Interview and Hiring Process- will be different for every on-campus department!

  • Utilize The Exchange's Dress to Impress Closet for professional interview clothing
  • Need support interviewing?- Schedule a mock interview appointment with The Exchange!
  • After hired: expect a New Hire email from Marian's Human Resources & UKG
    • Bring appropriate documents to HR & complete digital paperwork to be Cleared to Work
