We'll help you successfully complete your degree based on your needs and your schedule.
You obtain a valued BSN degree
Marian University's RN to BSN program is framed by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) Essentials of Baccalaureate Nursing Education. Core competencies in baccalaureate education include critical thinking, communication, assessment, information management, and leadership. BSN graduates are prepared to provide excellence in care and leadership in managing the complex health care needs of diverse patient populations and the global community, profoundly changing lives and society.
You have hands-on experience
While many RN to BSN programs are totally online, Marian University believes it's essential for students to be actively engaged in the learning process. That's why our program includes clinical opportunities in the areas of leadership, community nursing, and inter-professional team building to help you transition to your future role as a confident nurse leader. Additional classroom and clinical emphasis is placed on conflict management, collaboration, participatory decision making, and the core competencies.
