Lisa Beyer Receives Who's Who Award

Lisa BeyerAt the 37th annual Student Achievement Awards ceremony held in Marian University Theatre on Sunday, April 14, MAP student Lisa Beyer was inducted into Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities. The criteria for nomination include senior status with a 3.00 or higher GPA, as well as demonstrated participation in both extracurricular activities and community service.

Graduating in May with her bachelor in business administration degree, Beyer has completed concentrations in management, human resources management, and business technology. In her new position as director at Work One, Beyer launched first-ever community service programs and resource fairs for unemployed in the community. In addition, Beyer, who has been guest speaker, panelist, and volunteer at SHRM-sponsored events, is a member of the planning committee for Operation Hire a Hoosier Vet and is involved with Dress for Success.

Congratulations, Lisa, for achieving this well-deserved recognition!
