Enrollment and Degree Verifications

Requests for enrollment verifications, letters of good standing, or graduation verifications must come in writing from the student/graduate, or from a third party if a signed release from the student is included with the request. Requests cannot be taken over the phone.

Please allow three to five days business days for processing. If it is indicated that an official transcript must also be sent along with the form, please follow the steps outlined on our transcript request page to order your transcript. If requesting an official e-transcript, we will upload the verification as an attachment with the official e-transcript. If requesting a printed transcript, we will place the verification in the envelope with the transcript.
